In this one-day experiential and participative workshop, you will learn simple techniques and strategies that you can use daily to transform your response to stress and anxiety. John is a Zhineng Qigong teacher and Qigong practitioner with 25 years’ experience. He has trained with some of the most highly respected teachers in the UK, Mainland Europe, Australasia and China and has gained an international reputation for his work in the corporate and Integrative Health sectors.
The ancient Chinese moving Meditation of Qigong has been at the core of Chinese Medicine and Self Cultivation for millennia, alongside the martial art of Tai Chi. In this workshop John will explore simple Qigong movements and techniques, which can help you release tension, worries, thoughts and
stagnated energy, transforming your responses to stress and anxiety, creating better physical and mental health and well-being.
