What is Zhineng Qigong?

QIGONG (pronounced chee gong, also spelled chi kung) is an ancient Chinese meditation in movement, part of Chinese tradition with practices that combine body, mind and breath, and has been part Chinese Medicine for millennia, alongside the martial art of Tai Chi.

ZHINENG Qigong is a Qigong form developed by Dr Pang Ming in the 80’s, and it is a system of simple mindful movements with a proven track record of effectiveness that is known for its use at Huaxia Centre in China (also known as the Medicine-less Hospital). This system has huge potential for supporting our self-healing, self cultivation, spiritual development and personal growth.

Qigong is easy to learn and its simple movements and techniques, with slow breathing, mindful movements can help you release tension, worries, thoughts and stagnated energy, transforming your responses to stress and anxiety, creating better physical and mental health and well-being.

As we move and meditate, we integrate our body-mind and connect with the Universe’s Qi and that connection allows external Qi to merge with our internal Qi, helping you to achieve free flow of Qi and blood throughout your body and create better physical and mental health and well-being.

"Zhineng Qigong is a healing art."
